Your role as a Redwood Kindergarten and Daycare Parent

Before your child’s first booked day and as part of our enrolment process we will arrange a settling visit, usually during a portion of the morning.  This is an opportunity for you and your child to familiarise with the Teachers and the environment and for the Parents to review our policies.  

Parents will be encouraged to depart shortly after your arrival time and before morning tea so that your child can have time to settle before their first routine transition for the day.  We also encourage Parents to arrive prior to their departure time to allow opportunities for Teachers to discuss their child’s day.

We warmly welcome parents and whanau to share their skills with us. Please talk with us if you or someone you know has skills that are able to be shared so we can arrange a time for you to visit.
